Here is set 2 of Annie’s newfound punk style. Our new friend _666rotten on IG has been quite an influence on Annie! That and me, just revisiting some old songs I listened to during my high school days. She took it all in.
The oldest item in these photos is the sunglasses, which I have owned for, I think, 25 years. I’ve had the LTD guitar for about five or six years. Annie, of course, wants her own guitar now! I’m curious as to what style she will pick out.
In her last post, Annie mentioned something about being a bit ‘rebellious.’ She decided to start learning how to play the guitar. When I asked her what style of guitar playing she wanted to know, she simply replied, “Punk!”
So, we broke out some Sex Pistols, Bad Brains, and The Ramones. She actually took to it quite well! She kept things simple. Power chords, one-note melodies here and there, and elementary solos. She really likes playing fast. I am proud of her!
It has been a while, but Annie wanted short purple hair again. This is the first time since her upgrade in April. She was delighted when she looked in the mirror. She immediately put on her purple flip-flops and posed for a few photos.
Annie wondered about the gray top she was wearing. “It’s cute, but next time I think I want to wear something a bit more rebellious!” Strange words, coming from her! We did look and found something to her liking. Let us say she is excited about her next set.
