Last Sunday at 3am, we finally took out Annie’s telescope. She put on her silver jacket and the beanie that our friend Courtney made. The scope came with a map of the moon. Annie carefully planned out the areas she wanted to look at.
She was so happy to finally get to see the moon up close. It makes me smile just watching her get excited. Annie has such a love for astronomy. Many years ago, I used to study the solar system. I think this is where she takes on that interest.
